Safeguarding Policy
Student Safety and Wellbeing
Ghars International Private School is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and caring environment for every student. Safeguarding is a shared responsibility across staff, families, visitors, and the wider school community.
The school promotes student wellbeing through clear behaviour expectations, supervision, pastoral care, appropriate communication, and prompt response to concerns. Staff are expected to act professionally and report any safeguarding concern through the correct school channels.
Students are encouraged to speak to a trusted adult if they feel unsafe, worried, or in need of support. Families are encouraged to contact the school if they have concerns about a child’s safety or wellbeing.
Safeguarding concerns can be shared with the school office through info@gis.edu.om or by phone at +968 91717591.
